Burger King decided to fool a whole city, the most carnivorous city in Spain, Avila. During a whole day they served the Rebel Whopper© to all clients that ordered a Whopper© in all the restaurants in the city. Without letting them know, obviously. On the following day they revealed the activation with a print and outdoor campaign on the city's most read newspapers, and also with radio spots. And as an apology, they gave away coupons for the locals to enjoy a free Whopper© or a Rebel Whopper©. The reactions, obviously, were instant.
