Women Who Master is Logitech MX's long-running push to close the gender gap in technology, built on research with Girls Who Code that traced the problem to a 'belief gap' formed early when girls rarely see women in STEM. The programme pairs multi-year funding, product donations and employee mentoring with grassroots partners such as Girls Who Code's coding immersion programmes across 70+ countries, puts more than 30 female STEM ambassadors at the centre of the brand's content, and applies the same standard inside the company, with a 50/50 representation goal. It has reached more than 700,000 girls and women to date.
