A 90-second film launching Equinor's STEMgapet initiative, which sets out to close the gap between the curiosity children are born with and the science and technology careers that will need it. Opening on the question every teenager hears, "What are you going to be?", it strings together small, tactile moments of discovery, from reviving an old tractor to a first go with a soldering iron, shot in soft, overcast Nordic light.
