Peytz was given the task of helping to develop a new website for noedhjaelp.dk, where the digital platform was to get the visitors to the website to a greater extent engaged - preferably financially and preferably as a permanent support. The People's Church Aid was faced with a big task; their existing CMS, databases and APIs were outdated. There was a need for a solution that could facilitate workflows for employees and thus optimize resource consumption. Folkekirkens Nødhjælp wanted to make data-driven marketing a cornerstone of their digital business. They wanted a smarter, simpler and more flexible system with low maintenance costs and greater operational reliability. It was a big wish that the work with content should be done via a central platform. In this way, content distribution could become more manageable for all employees across all channels. In addition, noedhjælp.dk and the associated webshop had to have a strong user flow, so that visitors were presented with relevant content. Based on the brief from Folkekirkens Nødhjælp, Peytz recommended a solution developed in WordPress. At Peytz, they have over 10 years of experience in developing WordPress solutions. The agency knows how important it is to make the complex simple for customers. With a WordPress solution for Folkekirkens Nødhjælp, it was possible to deliver a solution that contained the desired features, was flexible, user-friendly and very clear. Using the editor interface Gutenberg, the various editors could set up the content on the individual pages and see the layout while the article was being prepared. Gutenberg provides great flexibility, as the layout can be changed for each individual article while ensuring that visual guidelines are adhered to - without the use of a developer. Folkekirkens Nødhjælp wanted to offer more options than just Betalingsservice, where the support options were to a greater extent on the visitor's terms. Therefore, the e-commerce solution WooCommerce was implemented on the site, and had to help ensure that the visitor was given the opportunity to support precisely in the way they want - both sporadically and as a fixed agreement. WooCommerce is WordPress' integrated shop, which can be freely inserted in relevant locations, so that the user can easily decode what is needed to donate. As a starting point, Folkekirkens Nødhjælp wanted a short process, but it was clear that additional input was needed for the design. With the help of a PET design, the agency could ensure that Folkekirkens Nødhjælp methods that influenced the users' decision-making process. PET is short for “Persuasion – Emotion & Trust.” A PET design consists of more than 50 different methods that can change the user experience in a more engaging, persuasive and effective way. Peytz Creative used PET design to ensure the best user flow on noedhjaelp.dk. The result was that the visitors are presented with relevant content to a far greater extent and that the donation button on the individual pages supports the message of the individual pages to a greater extent. To support User Journeys, clarification of internal workflows, the technical clarification and implementation, a number of UX flows were carried out. Peytz Creative carried out an ultra short design process, where the focus was primarily on making small adjustments and optimizations to selected pages and elements. The idea, then, is to keep the existing design broadly - but give noedhjaelp.dk a more modern twist and ensure an optimal mobile experience for the user.
