Develop Through Time
To mark 200 years of history, Ontario winery Henry of Pelham partnered with Zulu Alpha Kilo to create Develop Through Time, a limited series of 50 handcrafted bottles. The winery transformed its underground cellar into a working darkroom and used a process called Wineol to develop photographic labels with its own wines. Each bottle features a unique artifact from the winery’s past and was meticulously crafted using layered papers, archival techniques, and hand-finishing details, forming a tactile archive that celebrates the legacy, craftsmanship, and heritage of Henry of Pelham.
