Directed by Andrew Seaton, the film uses natural performances, improvisation, handheld camerawork, and observational interviews to make the audience feel like another resident witnessing the town’s unusual predicament. Aerial photography expands the joke by showing how the problem affects the whole community, while carefully timed editing, sound transitions, awkward silences, and a playful score heighten the humor without sacrificing realism. The result is a character-driven campaign that turns an everyday problem into an affectionate portrait of a community, using genuine personalities and documentary conventions to create comedy that feels spontaneous, relatable, and human.
