Rejecting the synthetic nature of AI-generated visuals, the initiative introduced TasmanAi—an image generator powered not by algorithms, but by the talent of real Tasmanian artists. Through TasmanAi, members of the public submitted prompts which were then interpreted and brought to life by local creatives, blending community participation with authentic artistic expression. Though the entry period has ended, the project continues to serve as a source of inspiration and a celebration of genuine human craftsmanship in an increasingly automated world.
