Xbox, Sky Sports, and Football Manager launched the “Missing Managers” campaign to help close the gender gap in football coaching by turning in-game success into real-world opportunities for aspiring female managers. Female players complete challenges in Football Manager 26, with successful participants earning fully funded UEFA coaching courses and experience at WSL clubs, while also appearing as playable coaches in future editions of the game.
