After the Adaki NFT drop, I stepped in to elevate a promising but raw idle game. Over 12 months I led creative, UX and product direction, overhauled the brand and social presence, and turned NFTs into real utility. I shipped eight new mechanics, including Gathering, Missions and Dungeons, and built a Kingdom progression path with Castle, Gym, Market, Forge and Workshop. I also integrated jpg.store so holders could grow collections inside the dashboard through the Tavern, a daily Bounty, and My Adaki profiles. The aim was simple. Create tight loops that matter, keep friction low, and give people reasons to return every day. The shift worked. Daily players grew from 20 to 80, social engagement rose 4x, and the NFT floor price climbed 800 percent. I was invited to multiple X Spaces to represent the brand, walk through the roadmap and explain our approach to utility, which brought in new holders and deepened trust with existing players. Most importantly, we built a loyal community that helped test features and shape the game. The project set a new bar for idle games on Cardano and showed how strong UX, clear systems and real collaboration can turn an NFT project from hype into lasting value.
