Site Design & Rebranding
When it comes to cybersecurity, the top corporations and governments in the world have Mandiant on speed-dial. When the organization decided to spin out from parent company FireEye, they wanted to do it with a fresh look for the brand along with a premium web experience built on a TBD Digital Experience Platform. A big move like this required fast and decisive action. For us, that meant design had to happen in parallel with strategic discovery, UX, and website development. Working on this accelerated timeline, we collaborated with Mandiant’s internal teams, which helped us get to the heart of their brand story and develop a simple yet bold and elegant solution, befitting a brand whose sole mission it is to protect the world from cyber threats. Simultaneously, we lead Mandiant through a partner exploration process, helping them select Acquia (Drupal) as the right partner for their needs. We then applied this new design system across a large library of custom components and reusable content structures. Our development team created a migration path to programmatically help bring over a thousand pages from their existing Adobe Experience Manager platform. The migration included all page copy media assets, bringing images, video, and audio into Drupal’s core media library, as well as the page taxonomy and additional metadata. We also used Drupal’s core page building system, Layout Builder, which allows the Mandiant team to efficiently structure their pages visually with complete flexibility of where their content will display. Built for maximum scalability, with enterprise-level security compliance, the final website was a bespoke expression of their brand that conveys their unique technology and consulting offerings with a confidence befitting their prestigious work.
