The Line No One Sees
The campaign raises awareness about Brazil’s massive cataract surgery waitlist, with over 167,500 people waiting. A film was created using AI-generated images to depict a long line of elderly, blindfolded Brazilians standing silently, symbolizing the years-long wait. The film, launched during "Brown April" (Brazil’s blindness prevention month), emphasizes the importance of families recognizing the unseen struggle and helping their loved ones access surgery.
