Black Coaches
Telefonica Vivo, a brand committed to diversity, used its platform as Brazil’s national football team sponsor to address racial inequality in the sport. Highlighting the contrast between the predominantly Black player base and the overwhelmingly white coaching ranks, the campaign leveraged a high-profile ambassador to deliver a strong anti-racism message, timed to coincide with the period following Black Consciousness Month. The initiative reinforces Vivo’s dedication not just to promoting diversity in words, but to taking meaningful, visible action.
