Let's Get Absolutely Buttered
Anchor’s latest repositioning campaign, “Absolutely Buttered,” created with Havas London, introduces a humour-led platform designed to refresh the dairy brand for a new generation while reinforcing its distinctive double-churned butter offering. The multi-channel campaign centres on the idea that Anchor’s rich, creamy taste can be so indulgent it distracts consumers from reality, a concept brought to life in a playful hero film directed by Andrew Gaynord where everyday moments spiral into comic chaos. Anchored by the tagline “Let’s Get Absolutely Buttered,” the work spans TV, social, PR, retail, and OOH, blending British cultural humour with everyday domestic scenarios to make the brand more memorable and modern. At its core, the campaign positions Anchor as both a comforting staple and a playful cultural icon, while reaffirming its quality and farmer-owned origins through a more expressive and entertaining brand voice.
