Meta has launched “Middle of Nowhere,” an immersive music experience featuring Kacey Musgraves inside Billy Bob’s iconic Honky Tonk bar in Fort Worth, Texas. Directed by Rohan Blair-Mangat and produced by Untold Studios, the project was designed from the ground up around the audience’s point of view, with staging, choreography, lighting and camera movement tailored specifically for immersive viewing. Blending cinematic craft, live performance and VR, the experience places audiences at the centre of Musgraves’ world, including a standout two-song performance filmed in a single take inside Billy Bob’s bull riding arena.
