Drowsy Prompts
The past few weeks have been buzzing with AI developments, from DeepSeek’s arrival to major consumer brands embracing personality, irony, and cultural impact in their marketing strategies. In this space, MRM and Current Global have launched a bold, TikTok-first campaign for Allegra, leveraging AI in a way that’s engaging, humorous, and undeniably effective. Titled "Drowsy Prompts," the campaign challenges users to test AI chatbots by asking them to perform tasks—first while "under the influence" of drowsy competitors like Benadryl and Zyrtec, and then after taking Allegra. The contrast is striking: drowsy AI stumbles through its responses, while Allegra-powered AI remains sharp and clear. The results have taken the internet by storm, with micro and industry-leading creators participating in the trend. Without explicitly stating it, Allegra proves that even AI recognizes its superiority as the only allergy relief brand with zero drowsiness and no brain interference. The campaign uses social-first storytelling, with Allegra cleverly engaging by stitching together creator videos, countering their drowsy AI results with the clarity of an Allegra-fueled response. This innovative approach not only showcases Allegra’s efficacy but also cements its cultural relevance in an era where AI-driven conversations dominate.
