Shelter’s “Our House is Not a Home” campaign, created by DUDE London and directed by Milo Blake through Spindle, reimagines Madness’ iconic track to expose the harsh realities of temporary accommodation in the UK. Backed by HSBC UK, the stripped-back film juxtaposes nostalgic lyrics with stark visuals of families living in damp, overcrowded, unsafe conditions—challenging the perception that four walls equal a home and driving awareness, conversation and donations to fight homelessness.
