Western Union x Liverpool FC
Liverpool FC's Sadio Mane takes the spotlight in Western Union and BBH Sport's International Transfers Campaign, showcasing how the money transfer brand facilitates access to funds worldwide. Western Union, a leader in cross-border transactions, emphasizes the importance of fluid money movement in enabling various life opportunities. Through a real-life exchange, Mane is depicted using the Western Union mobile app to send money to his uncle in Senegal, who purchases a new TV to watch his nephew's matches. Shot in Dakar and Liverpool's training ground, Melwood, the ad portrays Western Union as a global digital brand. As Western Union's Official Principal Partner and Money Transfer Partner of Liverpool FC, the partnership allows for extensive marketing opportunities. Ewan Paterson of BBH Sport highlights the personal connection between Mane and his uncle, while Michael Abbott of Western Union underscores the ease of using digital solutions for international money transfers.
