IGA, in collaboration with Sid Lee, has launched a charming new campaign titled 'At Your Service!' that celebrates the everyday dedication of its in-store professionals—from butchers and bakers to clerks and fishmongers. Rolling out across Quebec and New Brunswick, the campaign evolves IGA’s brand positioning by highlighting the personal, expert service that defines the shopping experience. Using a whimsical 3D animated universe, the campaign captures the human connection and wonder of interacting with knowledgeable staff. Through TV spots, digital banners, social content, and more, the initiative emphasizes IGA’s commitment to service with sincerity and lighthearted humor. As Quentin Fachon of Sid Lee notes, it’s about evoking the warmth and authenticity of being truly looked after, while Caroline Duhamel of Sobeys adds that the campaign aims to set IGA apart by showcasing the passion and pride of its in-store teams. Running through June 26, 2025, the campaign spans multiple platforms including La Presse+, in-store signage, and IGA’s own media channels.
