Marking its 25th anniversary, Sushi Shop has undergone a major brand refresh in partnership with Courage and Caserne, repositioning itself in an increasingly competitive sushi category with a new platform titled Taste the Detail. The campaign shifts focus back to the brand’s heritage, signature blue identity, and craftsmanship, while modernising its look and feel to better reflect its evolution across Canada. At the heart of the work is the idea that small details—texture, flavour, preparation, and presentation—combine to create a distinct sushi experience that sets the brand apart from convenience-driven perceptions. Rolling out across video, OOH, social, digital, packaging, and in-store touchpoints, the campaign supports a broader transformation that includes updated restaurants, menus, uniforms, and digital platforms, aiming to bring greater consistency and renewed quality perception across more than 170 locations nationwide.
